    • Hotel reservations, hostel bookings, or a letter of invitation from a host in Belgium.
  • Proof of Travel: Round-trip flight tickets or itinerary.
  • Proof of Financial Means: Bank statements for the last three months showing sufficient funds to cover your stay in Belgium.

  • Employment contract / Appointment Letter from Company
