Background: The background should be plain white, without any shadows.

Quality: The photo should be high-resolution, clearly showing your face. No edits or alterations should be made to the image.

2. Self Employed

  • Passport-sized Photographs: Recent photographs as per specifications.
  • Business Registration Documents: Certificate of Incorporation or similar documents.
  • Tax Clearance Certificate: Proof of compliance with tax obligations.
  • Bank Statements: Recent statements for the last 3 months to show financial means.
  • Travel Itinerary: Including flight bookings and accommodation details.

3. Business Owners

  • Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry.
  • Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed.
  • Passport-sized Photographs: Recent photographs as per specifications.
  • Business Registration Documents: Certificate of Incorporation or similar.
  • Tax Clearance Certificate: Proof of tax compliance.
  • Recent Business Financial Statements: To demonstrate financial stability.
  • Invitation Letter: From a business partner or entity in Botswana (if applicable).
  • Travel Itinerary: Including flight bookings and accommodation details.

4. Retired

  • Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry.
  • Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed.
  • Passport-sized Photographs: Recent photographs as per specifications.
  • Proof of Retirement: Such as a pension statement or retirement certificate.

5. Students

  • Acceptance Letter: From an educational institution in Botswana.
  • Proof of Financial Means: Such as bank statements or a sponsorship letter.

6. Housewives

  • Valid Passport: Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry.
  • Visa Application Form: Fully completed and signed.

  • Proof of Spousal Support: Bank statements of spouse or a sponsorship letter.
  • Travel Itinerary: Including flight bookings and accommodation details.
