Photo Specifications

Please submit two photograph along with your visa application. The photograph must be:

Not more than 6 months old

4 X 3 cm showing clearly the facial features

Colored, with plain white background

Taken looking straight forward and face seen clearly

On a good quality paper

80% face coverage without borders

Processing Time

It takes usually minimum five (05) working days excluding the date of submission. In addition there are some cases which may take longer processing period depending on the individual circumstances.

Document Checklist

1. Employed

  • Visa Application Form: Duly typed and completed, including phone and email contact details.
  • Original Passport: At least 3 months validity from the date of visa application submission and 1 blank page. A photocopy of the first and last page of the passport is also required.
  • Passport-sized Photographs: 2 recent photos (4 x 3 cm) with a white background, clearly showing facial features.
  • Covering Letter: Original covering letter from the applicant detailing profession.
  • Hotel Booking: From an authorized travel agency or a recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism or the Moroccan National Tourist Office.
  • Confirmed Flight Tickets: Proof of return travel.
  • Bank Statement: Original personal bank statement for the last 3 months, duly stamped and signed by the bank.
  • Travel Insurance: Proof of travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate: For identification purposes.
  • Photocopy of PAN or Aadhar Card: For identification.
  • Proof of Occupation: 
  • For salaried employees: Original No Objection Certificate (NOC) or leave sanction letter on the company letterhead, signed and stamped by an authorized signatory.
  • Work Certificate, Salary Certificate, or Profession Certificate may also be required.
  • If Sponsored: If an applicant is being sponsored, the applicant’s bank statement is not required. Instead, include:
    • Sponsor’s original bank statement.
    • Sponsor’s letter stating they will cover the applicant’s expenses.
    • Proof of the sponsor’s occupation (as described above).

2. Self Employed

  • Visa Application Form: Duly typed and completed, including phone and email contact details.
  • Original Passport: At least 3 months validity from the date of visa application submission and 1 blank page. A photocopy of the first and last page of the passport is also required.
  • Passport-sized Photographs: 2 recent photos (4 x 3 cm) with a white background, clearly showing facial features.
  • Covering Letter: Original covering letter from the applicant detailing business details.
  •  For self-employed: Proof of business ownership and covering letter on company letterhead.
  • Hotel Booking: From an authorized travel agency or a recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism or the Moroccan National Tourist Office.
  • Confirmed Flight Tickets: Proof of return travel.
  • Bank Statement: Original personal bank statement for the last 3 months, duly stamped and signed by the bank.
  • Travel Insurance: Proof of travel insurance covering medical expenses and repatriation.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate: For identification.

6. Housewives

    • Proof of the sponsor’s occupation.

7. Unemployed

  • Visa Application Form: Duly typewritten and completed, including mandatory phone and email contact details.
  • Original Passport: Valid for at least 3 months from the date of visa application submission and with at least 1 blank page. Include a copy of the first and last pages.
  • Passport-sized Photos: Two recent passport-sized photos with a white background (4 x 3 cm).
  • Covering Letter: Original letter from the applicant detailing their situation.
  • Hotel Booking: From an authorized travel agency or recommendation from the Ministry of Tourism, or an invitation letter duly legalized.
  • Confirmed Flight Tickets: Evidence of travel arrangements.
  • Bank Statement: Original personal updated bank statement for the last 3 months, duly stamped and signed by the bank.
  • Travel Insurance: Proof of travel insurance.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate: Documentation showing identity.
  • Photocopy of PAN or Aadhar Card: Identification proof.
  • Proof of Financial Support: Documentation showing financial capability for the trip, such as bank statements or sponsorship letters.
